Specialized Care: Inspired by our Maddie who lived with paralysis caused by IVDD, we offer highly individualized care for dogs needing extra support at no extra cost. From mobility assistance and bladder expression to custom tailored daily routines, every detail is considered for their comfort and well-being.

Airlines may overbook, but we never do. Some of our most thoughtful hospitality comes from the space we leave open.
By keeping our schedule intentionally light, we preserve the calm our guests love while allowing a little flexibility when travel plans change. Whether it’s a delayed flight, a missed connection, or an irresistible invitation to stay one more night, we understand that sometimes the itinerary changes.
While extensions are subject to availability and can’t be guaranteed, we’ll always do our best to make your change of plans feel effortless.

$100 per night, per dog

Arrivals & Departures
We offer 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM curbside service, by appointment only. Simply send us your ETA, and we’ll meet you outside for a smooth handoff.
We ask that overnight guests arrive by 2 PM, allowing plenty of time to settle in before evening. Late checkout is available by advance arrangement, subject to availability, at $10 per hour per family after the 15-minute grace period.
Out of consideration for our neighbors and our overnight guests, we cannot accommodate arrivals before 8 AM or pickups after 8:15 PM.

Reserving A Stay
A 25% deposit secures your dog’s reservation.
Paying by card? A card on file is required, and the remaining balance will be charged automatically at checkout.
Prefer Venmo? We’re happy to accommodate for existing club members. The remaining balance is due at checkout.
Cancellations made three days before your reservation begins will receive a full refund of the deposit. After that, the deposit becomes nonrefundable, as we’ve reserved one of our limited spots exclusively for your pup and may be unable to welcome another guest on short notice.
