To ensure all dogs have an enjoyable stay, we require proof of vaccinations and a Meet and Greet with all new clients.

A note on our age requirement
There are many places that cater to young, energetic pups. Our goal is to be a sanctuary where older dogs and dogs with special needs can safely play and relax in a peaceful environment. Dogs with IVDD can join the club at any age as long as they meet our other requirements. If you have a pup that is under 2 and exceptionally well trained, let’s chat. We may be able to accommodate.
Chill dogs only
Our space is all about calm and comfort. If your pup is high-energy and never seems to switch off, we might not be the best fit. We love to balance playtime with plenty of downtime so every dog feels relaxed, happy, and at ease. -
Vaccinations
✓ proof of Rabies
✓ proof of DHPP
✓ proof of Bordetella -
Check in: We recommend checking in by noon to take advantage of a full day, however we’re happy to work with your schedule. If this is your dog’s first time here, we will need them to arrive earlier in the day so they’ll have time to settle in for their first night.
Check out: By 12:00 pm
Late check out options:$25 Half-Day (12pm-4pm): Perfect for a relaxed departure, allowing a few extra hours to unwind.
$50 Full-Day (12pm-8pm): Maximize your day with an extended stay until the evening.
We offer a 15-minute grace period if you’re running late. After that, an overnight rate will apply. Please no pickups past 8:15pm.

Drop Offs and Pick Ups
Just one little thing makes drop-offs and pick-ups run so much smoother. Shoot us a quick text with your exact ETA (“11:22 am”) or share your location so we can get the pups secured before you arrive.Exact times are way more helpful than “on my way” — it lets us spend more time with the dogs and less time watching for cars.
No need to ring the doorbell — the pack gets way too excited! We’ll be watching for you and meet you out front near your car.
-
Credit Card or Venmo
Payment can be made by credit card or Venmo @staycationclubfordogs. You can keep a credit card on file, or we can send a Venmo request, whichever you prefer. Payment is processed when your dog checks out. -
What to Bring
We live in a small home with limited storage, so please try to pack only the essentials.Meals, plus a little extra in case of travel delays. Please bring your dog’s regular food so their diet stays consistent while boarding. It’s a good idea to pack an extra meal or two, just in case your return gets delayed. Although not required, pre‐measuring each meal is appreciated and helps ensure your dog has enough food for their stay
Collar, leash, harness (if your dog uses one)
Any supplements, medications, or special supplies
Care notes or instructions
No Need to Bring:
Bowls, treats, toys, balls or beds
If your pup has a kennel that helps them feel safe, or special treats for their diet, feel free to bring them along.

If your dog becomes ill or requires medical attention, we will promptly attempt to contact you first, and if we can’t reach you, we will contact your designated emergency contacts. In the event that we are unable to reach either of you, and believe that your dog needs specialized medical care beyond our capabilities, we will seek immediate care from a trusted veterinary facility.
